Guideline and Terms & Conditions of our ‘website’ and ‘Services’

1. Business Inceptions, Australia, which would also be known as ‘BI’ for agreement on our website and service users.
2. Our agreement would be binding document to us and to all the users and clients of ‘Business Inceptions, Australia’ for all type of services we provide.
3. Without prior permission of ‘Business Inceptions’ no client or users of ‘Business Inceptions’ website or third party can transfer, transmit, sale, re-produce, publish, display, distribute or use part or full content of website or any document published on the website, for their business or private use.
4. Whatever information published by ‘Business Inceptions’ on website are based on:
   • Information made available by clients on first meeting or publicly available information or data; looking to this we do not guarantee for 100% accurate or true information. For the same we recommend to all ‘BI’ website users to confirm first its accuracy or trueness before deciding for business or other deal.
5. Directors, Executives, Agents, Employees or Contractors of ‘Business Inceptions’ are not legal or financial experts, because of the same consulting or advices of ‘Business Inception’ does not constitute/to be considered as a legal or financial advice. It is up to the ‘user’ to verify the same withthe legal or financial advisers.
6. ‘Business Inceptions’ is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental loss (financial or other) arisen due to our website, content or any supporting service.
7. If client or user desire they may cancel their booking without any charge within 14 days of paying for the respective service and get refund as per BI refund policy (planning services) within specific period.
8. BI refund policy (planning services) is applicable only if any important fragment which was discussed in initial meeting is missing in the final document. BI will not issue refund just because client changes their mind or because of any other reason except lack of required information i.e. data, figures, facts or figures in regards to the requested service.
9. If client cancels any service after the first draft or final document is already sent to them, under the legal binding between BI and the client or anyone on the behalf of the client, cannot use that information for any business propositions such as applying for loan from banks, private lenders or any financial institution.
10. As has already mentioned above use of ‘Business Inceptions’ website and document are only limited to our client as mentioned into agreement. Contravention to agreement and use of information for other purpose are strictly prohibited.

Privacy

1. ‘BI’ believes and respects your privacy and we assure to our clients for the same. In order to assist our client we need your personal information’s such as: name, address, e-mail address, contact numbers etc.
2. ‘Business Inceptions’ would not sale, lease or rent any of your personal information to any third party what so ever without your consent.
3. Without confirmation with our client we do not disclose or use clients personal information of any kind i.e. religion, race or political interest to third party.
4. We would use your personal information for:
• elivering of requisite services or information.
• To inform you for our future plans or other services available with us and with associates or affiliated companies.
• To make survey to know your opinion about our existing services/products or to be launched in future.
• Contact you on behalf our external partners for their products or offers: In these cases your email, postal address, phone no. or mobile no. would not be transferred without your prior permission.
5. ‘BI’ would have to disclose your personal information without any notice if:
   • It is legally required
   • To comply the legal process
   • To protect and comply the rights of ‘BI’ properties.
   • Under – extra ordinary circumstances to protect the personal safety of ‘BI’ clients or public
6. 'BI’ would protect your personal identification provided by you to us through computer or other media from un-authorized access use or disclose.
7. ‘BI’ has a right that if it is needed ‘BI’ may change or amend at any time (part or full agreement) which would effective as soon as it is being published on ‘BI’ website. These changes or amendments would also be binding onto user of ‘BI’ website or services as prior to amendments.
8. Clients or users of ‘BI’ are requested to see published agreement periodically and know about their personal information. We would be in constant mode to update this information for the benefit of our users of website and service users.
